Client Information

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment with us, we require that you do so by speaking with our front desk staff directly a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled time.  If we do not receive a 48 hour notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.

 

Appointments

In order to maximize the benefits of your treatment, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  As a courtesy to our clientele, please remember that if your treatment is delayed due to late arrival, it will end as scheduled so the next client is not delayed.

 

Payment

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as method of payment for services and products purchased.  Payment is due at time of appointment for all services and products.
